SimpliFire Large Surround for 32-inch Electric Insert

Give your fireplace conversion a clean, finished appearance with the SimpliFire Large Surround for the 32-inch Electric Insert. Model IS-42-GI32 is designed specifically for the SimpliFire GI-32-ZC Electric Insert and provides additional coverage around the appliance to help conceal the transition between the insert and an existing fireplace opening or constructed chase.

The large surround offers a flexible three-sided or four-sided configuration. In the three-sided configuration, it measures approximately 42-1/2 inches wide x 28-3/4 inches high. Adding the included 4-inch bottom section creates a four-sided configuration measuring approximately 42-1/2 inches wide x 32-3/4 inches high. The surround has a low-profile depth of approximately 13/16 inch, helping maintain a streamlined appearance around the fireplace insert.

The IS-42-GI32 Large Surround is supplied with a top section, left and right side panels, bottom section, and installation screws. The three-sided assembly slides over the appliance and mounts to the fireplace side flanges, while the lower section can be added when a complete four-sided surround is preferred. This adaptable design makes it a useful finishing option for existing fireplace openings that require greater coverage around the GI-32-ZC insert.
