Memphis Pro 28-inch Built-In Pellet Grill

The Memphis Pro Built-In ITC 3 is built for outdoor kitchens that want true wood-fire flavor with confident, repeatable control. Crafted from 304 stainless steel, it runs from 180°F to 650°F, making it a practical choice for low-and-slow smoking, roasting, and high-heat grilling in a built-in layout.

At the core is IntelliBurn Technology®, which uses secondary combustion and a variable-speed combustion blower to support efficient pellet use and steady temperature performance. You get 574 sq. in. of cooking space, expandable to 848 sq. in. with the optional middle grate kit, plus an 18 lb pellet hopper for longer cooks without constant refills.

An integrated Wi-Fi controller pairs with the Memphis Mobile App (iOS/Android) for remote monitoring and alerts, and interior grill lights help you stay on track after dark.  Also, comes standard with direct flame insert, genie tool, and single meat probe. 

Important: 110/120VAC supply required within 10 feet of the ITC. Please make sure you provide a dedicated electrical circuit for the Memphis Wood Fire Built-in Grill, installed by a Certified Electrician.
